After all the allegations thrown to Vice Mayor Herbert Bautista, he cannot explain directly to the people all these accusations. Instead, throw back questions to his opponent. if he cannot explain himself to the people, what makes the people think that he can serve them honestly and with integrity??? To make this blog short, I believe that Bistek is not capable in handling the position of being Mayor..maybe after a million years!
